Six militaires gabonais blessés lors putsch de la Séleka rapatriés à Libreville, mardi

Militaire-Gabonais-640x406Six militaires gabonais de la Force multinationale de l’Afrique centrale (FOMAC), blessés samedi denier à Bangui, la capitale de la République centrafricaine pendant le raid des rebelles de la Séléka (coalition en langue Sango) ayant chassé du pouvoir le général, François Bozizé ont été rapatriés mardi soir à Libreville.

C’est le ministre de la Défense nationale, Rufin Pacôme Ondzounga qui leur a accueilli à la descente de l’avion.

Légèrement blessés, ils ont été admis à l’hôpital des instructions des armées Omar Bongo de Libreville.

Fin décembre 2012, le Gabon avait dépêché en renfort à Bangui, un nouveau contingent de 104 soldats en RCA dans le cadre de la sécurisation de ce pays où les rebelles de la Séléka avaient mené une incursion vers la capitale avant d’être stoppé à 75 km de Bangui sous la pression des chefs d’Etat de la Communauté économique des Etats de l’Afrique centrale (CEEAC) et de la communauté internationale.

Le week-end dernier, la Séléka a finalement lancé l’assaut « final » ayant abouti au départ du pouvoir du général François Bozizé dimanche. L’homme fort de la rébellion, Michel Ndjotodia c’est finalement autoproclamé nouveau président de la République et dissous, l’assemblée nationale et le gouvernement.

Toutefois, il a déclaré demeurer dans l’esprit des accords de Libreville de janvier qui avait réuni l’ensemble des protagonistes de la crise centrafricaine et maintenu le Premier ministre de transition, Nicolas Tiangaye issue de l’opposition politique à son poste.
